About Us

Bettermoves is a furniture removal and storage business that has been a market player for the past 22 years. The business was bought out by a husband and wife team who have already taken the company to another level. We are based in North Riding and service the entire Gauteng area. Although our company is small we offer service par excellence.

 

Our Philosophy

We believe that customer service is the key to our success and have trained our staff with this philosophy in mind. Staff training includes extreme care of customers' goods when moving as well as communication at all times with the customer as well as the office to ensure the smooth running of each move. Not only are our staff well trained but they also have a wealth of experience - some staff members have been with Better moves for 16 to 20 years. It is our belief that communication is important and with this in mind each supervisor has a cell phone for contact with the customer and the office during each move.
